Natural product obtained from the mechanical extraction of mango pulp in its proper ripeness, with characteristic yellow colour of the variety of the fruit used, aspect dense homogeneous, free from foreign matter, characteristic smell of fresh, ripe fruit properly processed without strange odor and flavour of fresh mango juice and mature properly processed, no strange flavours. SGF (Sure Global Fair). Its production is certified well as the Kosher standard.

The mash is aseptically packaged in steel drums with aseptic filling two bags with Approximate net weight between 210kg. and 227kg ± 5%.
The packages are identified by a code necessary for product traceability, showing also: the product name, lot number, ° Brix, net and gross weight.
Transportation may be made in refrigerated containers in stacks of two or tall ship High Cube reefer 40 feet about 94 drums per container.
Storage conditions: at temperatures between 5 -10 ° C in a dry place.
Expiration: 18 months from production date.
